About Me
My name is Chris and I am a Canadian living in Taiwan. I was born on January 18, 1981 which makes me a Capricorn. I graduated with a Combined Honours B.A. from McMaster University in Japanese Studies and Multimedia in 2003. This website is done and over with (for now anyway??) but feel free to give it the once over.
About the Site
The name GET GOT came from a webcomic from a long time ago. I have no idea what it was or where it came from, but it had us laughing like you wouldn't believe. So there you go. If you ever come across that comic, make sure to be a good sport and send it my way.
I currently use phpSimpleGallery 2.01 for the photo gallery, TagBoard Message Board for the side message thing, and Haloscan for the journal comments. The site is XHTML compliant in the parts I thought to keep it that way, but I figured Blogger would throw off any chance of getting everything validated and kind of gave up on it.
This site is in its third incarnation, which is really little more than an update to the first and second. This section actually used to be located at getgot.ca, but was moved to taiwan.getgot.ca when I started to gear down to come back to Canada. If it changes any more over time, I'll put screenshots of the old versions here.
